Integrative Medicine (CAMS)

Caring for the Body, Mind and Spirit

Unleash Your Body's Natural Ability to Heal

You can tap into the wisdom of your own body and mind, to find the answer to renewed connectedness, health and energy!
By knowing how to utilize both ancient traditions and modern science, it is possible to rejuvenate and maximize spiritual, emotional and physical growth -- making true health and awakening possible!
Integrative medicine is closely aligned with Lifestyle medicine in its core tenets where it takes into account, the whole person - Body, Mind & Spirit - including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and makes use of all appropriate therapies --both conventional and alternative.
The inclusion of a mind-body approach for stress management, is a core aspect of many integrative treatment plans. It focuses on health & healing rather than disease & treatment.
The Department of Complementary and Alternative Therapy was set up to be an additional layer of support for the ailing and the needy, to ease emotional pain and restore the resolve to live well, by finding new meaning and purpose.
To achieve this objective, DEAN Foundation has been providing medical treatment, care and support through a Home Based Treatment plan, and in an Out-patient Clinic.
In order to focus on Prevention, early intervention and cure, in collaboration with Western Medicine, a Holistic and Integrative Medicine approach was envisioned.
Recognizing the Mind-Body-Spirit connection in Medical Care - the Complementary and Alternative Medicine Department, is currently offering Ayurveda (with Kerala Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments), Naturopathy, Acupressure, Magnet Therapy, Reflexology, Yoga, Energy Healing and Mental Health Support through Psychological services.
